Indian Visas

  1. Documents required:
    • Passport, valid for at least 6 months.
    • 2 photographs.
    • 1 application form, download here   
    • For business: letter of invitation from an Indian company and a letter from your employer explaining purpose and dates of the visit.

    • For non-UK nationals: proof of residency in the UK for at least 2 years: utility bill-water, gas, electricity, council tax or Indefinite stay stamp or Agreement papers if staying as tenant.

      If you have not lived here for 2 years your visa can still be processed but it may take approx 3 weeks and you need to complete an additional visa form, can be downloaded here.
    • Payment by cash or cheque to "Multi Travel Visas Ltd". See prices below.

  2. Prices for British citizens (for other nationals Embassy fees vary), including VAT:
    • 6-months visa (tourist) - £60+VAT plus Embassy fees £45. Free of our service charge for children travelling with adults.
    • 6-months visa (business) - £100+VAT plus Embassy fees £120.
    • 1 year (business) - £100+VAT plus Embassy fees £120.
    • 1 year (tourist) - £60+VAT plus Embassy fees £65.
    • Business visa for more than 1 year (usually 2 years but at discretion of the Embassy) - £100+VAT plus Embassy fees £175.
    • Same-day urgent processing for business visas: £200+VAT plus Embassy fees £215.
    • Additional Embassy fee for non-UK nationals who have not resided here for 2 years - £10.
    • 5 years (for people of Indian origin) - £100+VAT plus Embassy fees.
    • Return Postage £10 (secure Special Delivery)
