1. Documents required:

Passport, valid for at least 6 months, with 2 blank pages.

2 passport-size photos.

Embassy application form. DOWNLOAD HERE.

Invitation letter/fax from a Saudi company authorised at the Saudi authorities (for business visas and work permits).

Supporting letter from your UK company (for business visas and work permits).

For family visits: a visa block number provided by your relative from the visa application department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2. Cost: £100+VAT, plus Embassy fees.This includes a compulsory online registration fee 

Embassy fees: 1 entry visit visa for business or family visit £49.
Multiple-entry business visa £106.
Short-term work single or multiple entry: £212

Return postage: £10 Special Delivery.

3. Payment by cash or cheque to 'Multi Travel Visas Ltd'. Please contact us for a bank transfer details.

4. Please bring your documents to our office or post by secure Special Delivery from any Post Office or by a courier:
