Schengen Visa France

Sooner appointments than public through an accredited agency, to apply for your French Schengen visa!!! We reply to the emails on the same working day!!!

Great news: If your Schengen visa was issued in the UK after March 2016 and your visa stamp shows 'VIS', then you don't have to go for biometrics for the next 5 years.

We can also submit business visa applications any day without appointments!

Spouse of UK/EU national does not have to provide proof of travel and accommodation when applying for a French visa. Contact us for more information.

Multi Travel Visas Ltd is a specialist visa company, we had been accredited by the French Consulate for years (number A2011/107) until visa submission process had been transferred to TLS visa centre, we are now an accredited agency with the visa centre and use a separate system for appointments and submission for the accredited agencies.

Please note we are not French Consulate and are not affiliated with any government. We are an 'accredited agency', a private company, and we can submit applications on your behalf via the official visa centre. If we handle your application, we will charge you an additional fee in return for providing advice on the requirements, taking responsibility for ensuring that your documentation is appropriate and lodging application on your behalf.

If you choose to apply for a visa through us you would not need to book an appointment. As an accredited agency we can usually provide a slot in the next few working days, though it may take longer during the busy travel times. This system is only available to accredited agencies, we are one of just NINE of them in the whole of the UK.

French Consulate now issues biometric visas, so every applicant now has to come with us on the date of appointment - to provide biometrics (fingerprints). However, we submit applications in the morning on the day of appointment, which is normally next day or day after we received your documents and a payment, maybe a couple of days more during the busy travel times, while clients need to come to a visa centre just for the biometrics (fingerprints) at a given time, so no need to wait and queue for the submission of documents, it is done by us in the morning.

From the date of appointment French visa takes 3-4 working days to process for most nationals: S. African, Indian, Chinese, Russian, Thai, Filipino, Turkish etc. But it takes 17 calendar days for the following nationals: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Central Africa, Chad, Congo, DR Congo, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Vietnam, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

It takes 1 week for these nationals: Morocco, Sri Lanka, and Tunisia.

We can now apply on behalf of clients residing in Scotland and Isle of Man, for more information, please contact us.

Important! If you were recently refused a visa from another Schengen embassy (such as Spanish)  then it may take 2 weeks to process your application.

Duration of the visa: decided only by the French Consulate on the individual basis, multiple-entry visas are common but cannot be guaranteed.

If the last original statement is older than 1 month please provide it plus a print-out with up-to-date balance with the same account number. This can be obtained instantly at the bank or from the internet banking. Please note that the print out must be stamped by the bank and it must have your name, account details and if possible current address too.

10) If you cannot provide a bank statement - EURO travelers cheques, a general minimum amount can be based on the equivalent of €60 per day of your trip, however, as mentioned above, this is not a rule and does not guarantee the Consulate will accept you have sufficient funds. Each case will be decided on an individual basis.

11) For employed: Letter from Employer plus last 3 months payslips. Letter must be: no older than 1 month, on ORIGINAL company’s headed paper; stating company’s registration or VAT number, your name, position, how much you earn, when you started work.

12) For supported by a spouse: letter of support from the spouse stating who is paying for the trip; original spouse’s passport and original marriage certificate, spouse's employment letter and 3 payslips (as p.10), spouse's bank statement (as p.8). British, French, Australian and US marriage certificates are OK. Please contact us if you were married in India or South Africa. All other foreign marriage certificates must be stamped by a respective Embassy in the UK (such as Russian certificates must be stamped by Russian embassy in London etc). 13) For self-employed: Letter (no older than 3 months) from an accountant or a solicitor.
