Legalisation / Apostille
We can assist you with certain official UK documents which are termed ‘legalised’ by asking the Legalisation Office to confirm that the signature, stamp or seal is from a UK public official.
You maybe required to do this if an official in another country has asked you to provide a UK document that they require to be legalised to valid for the specific matter.
The Legalisation Office will check the document, including the signature, stamp or seal to make sure it is genuine. They will legalise the document by attaching a stamped official certificate (‘Apostille’) on it.
You are unable to get documents issued outside of the UK legalised using this service - you can only get them legalised in the country of origin i.e. China, India, South Africa etc...
We are usually able to get documents legalised using the same day service assuming we have documents delivered to our office in the morning.
Our fee per one document is £150+VAT and Official Legalisation Office fee is £75 per document.
''Cannot recommend enough - I unexpectedly needed a document legalised by the UK Foreign Office which is usually a postal service but after a google search I found that some businesses can do a same-day London service and came across Multi Travel. The initial person I spoke to was knowledgable and calming (I was stressed) and I then dealt afterwards with Sebastian who was just amazing. Super-professional, reassuring, answered calls and emails straightway. Getting my document stamped was not straightforward due to my document not meeting Foreign Office requirements initially, but it felt like Multi Travel were at my beck and call to sort things out - they did everything they could to sort my document. I would not hesitate to recommend. Couldn't have asked for more.
