We are registered in England and Wales under company number 06478902 and have our registered office at 202 Wilson Tower, 16 Christian Street, London, EC4N 7DZ. Our trading address is our office at Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1HN . Our VAT number is GB 117063245.

We are a private limited company.

By Using Our Site You Accept These Terms

By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.

We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

We are not affiliated with any government and you can make an application direct to them. If we handle your application we will charge you an additional fee in return for providing advice on the requirements, application forms, taking responsibility for ensuring that your documentation is appropriate and lodging application on your behalf .

By giving/posting your documents (including passport) to us (hereinafter referred to as 'Agency') you agree to the terms below and you instruct us to act as your agent for the provision of travel visas.

We provide assistance with travel visas according to the Embassies' requirements and within the time limit set by the Embassies. All visas are issued at the Embassies' discretion and Agency bears no responsibility for the rejection of any application. The Embassies fees and Agency fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application. Agency advises against purchasing restricted or inflexible tickets prior to visa issuance.

Agency reserves the right to return any passport without the requested visa(s) if the passport or documents provided do not comply with the embassy's requirements or if Agency believes there is no enough time to arrange requested visas. Agency bears no responsibility for subsequent delays or costs.

Agency bears no responsibility for loss, delays or non-issuance of any application arising from or in connection with (to include but not restricted to) incomplete application forms, incorrectly or falsely completed application forms, inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation, acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, acts or omissions by public authorities, technical difficulties at the Embassies.

Passports and other valuable documents will be returned by Special Delivery (within the UK) to ensure their safety. In the unlikely event of loss or damage to any passport received, Agency liability will be limited to the actual value of the passport and up to a maximum £50 per applicant and only if there is Agency's fault. Agency accepts no liability for consequential loss. It is advisable that the Customer also sends the passports and valuable documents by Special Delivery and retains the receipts.

If paying by personal cheque it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure sufficiency of the funds on the Customer's bank account. Agency reserves the right to charge £20 plus bank's charge if the cheque is rejected or returned.

Agency reserves the right to increase or change its service charges at any time with or without prior notice.

Agency reserves the right to retain clients' documents and passports after the documents have been returned from the Embassies until full payment has been received by us.
