Fast French Schengen Visa Appointments in London

The human alternative to appointment bots — booked in your name, on your own TLS account.

Why French Schengen Visa Appointments Are Challenging

  • Public visa centres are often fully booked for weeks.

  • The process is complicated, and one small mistake can lead to a refusal.

  • Many travellers worry about missing their trip because they can’t secure an appointment in time.

At Multi Travel Visas, we remove the stress and get you results quickly.

  • Real people, not bots — a dedicated appointment team checks the TLS calendar throughout every working day, so new dates and cancellations don't slip past.

  • Booked in seconds — when a date appears we're already logged in with your details ready. Several clients this year were booked the same day they got in touch.

  • Most appointments confirmed within 1–2 weeks, urgent cases often within days — or your fee back.

  • Two service levels: Fast-Track Appointment Booking (£199 — you prepare your application, we secure your date) or Complete Service (£380 — we handle documents, application and booking).

  • One all-inclusive price — covers the TLS appointment fee, whichever appointment type is secured. No surprises.

  • Expert document checks with the Complete Service — we review, correct and guide you before submission.

  • Passport return your way — collect from TLS or have it delivered to your address.

WHY A REAL TEAM BEATS A BOT

A tracker alert isn't an advantage — it's a starting gun.

The popular alert channels send every new slot to tens of thousands of members at once; in the members' own words, slots are “gone within milliseconds”. We don't race the crowd: we catch releases and cancellations that never reach the channels, with one client's details ready to go.

Bot bookings get blocked — ours stick.

TLS actively fights automated access: captchas, blocked sessions, and bookings flagged as bot-made can be cancelled without warning, sometimes days before travel. Every appointment we secure is made by a real member of our team on your own account, in your own name — so it stays yours.

We're there when it counts.

When a date appears we book it in seconds — already logged in, your details prepared, thousands of bookings behind us. And after 15 years we know when TLS tends to release dates and cancellations, so we're looking hardest exactly when it matters.

A bot grabs any slot. We book the right one.

The wrong date, the wrong appointment type, a slot that clashes with your travel plan or the 6-month application window — software can't tell the difference. We can, before we click.

When TLS changes something, bots break for days. People adapt in seconds.

Speed gets you a slot. Judgment gets you a visa. We bring both — most clients are confirmed within 1–2 weeks, or your fee back.

Frequently Asked Questions - French Schengen Visa

1. How quickly can I get a France Schengen Visa appointment in London?

Usually within 1–2 weeks — and in several cases this year, we secured an appointment on the same day the client first contacted us. TLScontact London releases limited France appointments at unpredictable times, and new dates and cancellations are typically booked within seconds — which is why the calendar almost always looks empty when you check it yourself. Our dedicated appointment team checks the TLS calendar throughout every working day, so we regularly catch dates that never stay visible long enough for applicants to find. Tell us your travel dates and we will confirm the earliest realistic appointment.

2. Where will my biometric appointment take place?

At the TLScontact visa centre in London — the official visa application centre for France in the UK. We secure the appointment for you and tell you exactly what to bring; you attend at the confirmed date and time. The hard part — finding a date — is done for you before you ever look at the booking system.

3. I am the spouse of a British national. Do I still have to pay the French Embassy visa fee?

Yes. From 2020, the French Embassy requires all applicants, including spouses of British nationals, to pay the visa fee. We will explain the fees clearly before you apply, so there are no surprises.

4. I have Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) or Settlement in the UK. Do I still need a Schengen visa?

Yes. Having ILR or Settlement in the UK does not exempt you from needing a Schengen visa. Unless you hold a passport from a Schengen-visa-exempt country, you must still apply. The good news is that our team will guide you step-by-step and make the process as smooth as possible.

5. I am entering France but spending more time in Belgium. Should I apply from France?

No. Schengen visa rules are based on your main destination, not your first entry point. If you are staying longer in Belgium than in France, you must apply through the Belgian visa centre. You should only apply from France if France is your country of longer stay or, if stays are equal, your country of first entry.

6. What documents are required for a France Schengen visa?

Once you contact us, we send a tailored checklist and an easy questionnaire. With our Complete Service we review everything by email, correct any issues, and prepare your France-Visas application ready for submission. You bring your documents and passport with you to your TLS appointment. Careful document preparation is the single biggest factor in avoiding a refusal.

7. How long does the French Schengen visa process take?

The French Embassy’s processing times vary, especially before summer and Christmas holidays. On average, it can take 1–3 weeks. This is why we recommend applying as early as possible.

8. Do you assist with urgent or emergency travel?

Yes. If you have urgent travel plans, let us know — we will do our best to find the fastest available slot and prepare your application quickly.

9. How do I get my passport back?

We can collect it for you from TLS, you can collect yourself from them or ask TLS to post it directly to your preferred address.

10. There are no TLS France appointments available — what can I do?

This is the most common reason clients come to us. TLS London does release appointments — at unpredictable times, and they are booked within seconds, so the calendar almost always looks empty when you check manually. Our dedicated appointment team checks the TLS calendar throughout every working day and reserves new dates and cancellations as they appear. Most clients receive a confirmed appointment within 1–2 weeks of authorising us.

11. Do you use a bot to book TLS appointments?

No. Every appointment we secure is found and booked by a real member of our London team — never by automated software. Visa centres warn applicants against bot-operated intermediaries: bookings flagged as automated can be cancelled and can put your application at risk. Our team does the checking applicants can't do themselves — watching the TLS calendar throughout the working day, every day — and when a date appears we book it in seconds, in your own name, on your own TLS account. A bot is fast at looking; we are fast at booking. Only one of those ends with a confirmed appointment that sticks.

12. Are real people really as fast as an appointment bot?

Where it counts, yes — and safer. Speed only matters at one moment: the seconds after a date appears. At that moment our team is already logged in with your details prepared, and booking takes seconds — practised thousands of times over 15 years. Bots refresh pages more often, but bot-made bookings are exactly what TLS blocks and cancels, and a cancelled appointment is the slowest outcome of all. The result that matters: most of our clients are confirmed within 1–2 weeks, urgent cases often within days — or your fee back.

13. Can you just book the TLS appointment if I've done my own application?

Yes — that is exactly what our Fast-Track Appointment Service is for. You complete your own France-Visas application and create your TLScontact account; with your  authorisation, our team accesses your TLS profile and books the earliest available appointment for you. The fee is £199 all-inclusive — it covers our booking service and the TLS appointment fee, whichever appointment type is secured. We do not review your documents on this service; if you would like your file checked before you attend, upgrade to our Complete Service (£380) at any time for the difference.

14. Is it safe to share my TLS login details with you?

We take this seriously. We only access your account with your authorisation, we use the account solely to book your appointment, and we recommend you change your password as soon as your booking is confirmed. Your appointment is always booked in your own name, on your own application — nothing is submitted on your behalf without your consent.

15. How much does a France Schengen visa cost from the UK in 2026?

Three costs make up the total. (1) The French consulate visa fee, paid at your appointment. (2) The TLS appointment fee, which varies by appointment type — included in our all-inclusive prices, so you never pay it separately. (3) Our service: £199 for Fast-Track Appointment Booking or £380 for the Complete Service including document checks and application preparation. We confirm the exact total in writing before you pay anything.

16. What happens if you can't find me an appointment?

In the rare case that we cannot secure a TLS appointment within 3 weeks of your authorisation, we refund our fee in full. In practice, our team's daily checking means nearly every client is booked well within that window — it is the reason we can make this promise.
