1. How soon can I get a Schengen visa appointment?
We can usually secure appointments within 1–2 weeks, sometimes even sooner, thanks to slots that are not available to the public.
2. Which countries are included under a Schengen visa?
A Schengen visa allows travel to 27 European countries, including France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and more.
3. Do I need to visit your office in person?
No — everything can be handled online and by email. You simply send us your documents electronically, we check them and provide feedback, and then return the corrected documents for you to print and take to your biometric appointment at VFS.
There is no need to come to our office unless you prefer to.
4. Where will my biometrics be taken?
Biometric appointments are carried out at the official visa centre (VFS), but we handle the appointment booking and preparation, so you don’t need to worry about availability or system issues.
5. Can I apply in advance of my travel?
Yes, embassies allow you to apply up to 6 months before your planned travel date. We recommend applying as early as possible, especially before busy holiday seasons.
6. How long does it take to process the visa after biometrics?
Processing usually takes minimum 15 working days, but can be longer during peak times (summer and Christmas), some embassies may take up to a month, therefore is advisable to apply as early as you can.
7. How will I receive my passport back?
You can collect it directly from VFS, or request during your biometric appointment that VFS delivers it to your home address.
8. Do you assist with urgent or emergency travel?
Yes. If you have urgent travel plans, let us know — we will do our best to find the fastest available slot and prepare your application quickly.
9. Do you help clients in London and Edinburgh?
Yes — we assist clients nationwide, but most of our appointments are available in London and Edinburgh, where the main visa centres are located. No matter where you live in the UK, we can prepare your application remotely, and then arrange your biometric appointment at the most convenient centre.
